Refund Policy
Customer Purchase Agreement
This Customer Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the purchaser (“Customer”) and Smart Stepp™ (“Company”), and applies to the purchase and use of the Smart Stepp™ Solutions Suite (“Product”), a digital product provided by the Company.
By purchasing the Product and/or any related services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment Authorization
By purchasing the Product and/or related services via credit or debit card, the Customer authorizes Smart Stepp™ to charge the designated card for the full amount owed. This includes payment for digital products, services, upgrades, monthly platform software access, or additional fees as outlined in this Agreement. The Customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes under any circumstances once the Product has been delivered, as detailed in Section 8.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, the Customer will receive an email to sign a Purchaser Agreement. Once the agreement is completed, access to the Smart Stepp™ Solutions Suite will be delivered via email within 72 business hours of signing your purchaser agreement, excluding weekends and holidays.

3. License & Permitted Use
The Smart Stepp Solutions Suite ("Product") is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the Customer’s personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product more than once per license, and you may not claim ownership of, or take credit for, the Product or any of its components.
Violation of these terms may result in:
Immediate termination of access
Invoicing for unauthorized license usage or back-licensing fees
Legal action, including but not limited to statutory damages of up to $40,000 per violation, attorney fees, and injunctive relief
4. Monthly Software Access Fee
The Smart Stepp™ Solutions Suite operates on a proprietary platform that requires ongoing access, billed at $44/month per user license. This fee supports the maintenance, hosting, and continued functionality of the system.
By purchasing the Product, you agree to this recurring charge, which begins 30 days after the activation of your account. The subscription will be billed automatically each month to the payment method on file.
A payment method must be added within three (3) business days of the Smart Stepp™ Solutions Suite being delivered. Failure to do so will result in your account being restricted until the issue is resolved.
Failed Payments:
If a monthly payment fails, you will be granted a 15-day grace period to resolve the issue and update your payment method.
If unresolved after 15 days, access to the Smart Stepp™ Solutions Suite will be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
Failure to restore payment within 30 days may result in permanent account termination and license forfeiture.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and active billing information to avoid service interruption.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of the Product, Smart Stepp™ Solutions Suite does not offer refunds once the Product has been purchased. Review all product descriptions and policies before purchase.
6. Customization & Support
The Smart Stepp™ Solutions Suite is self-serve and designed for user-friendly setup. Unless otherwise stated, no one-on-one support or customization is included. Custom requests require a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.
7. Third-Party Platform Charges
Use of Smart Stepp™ Solutions Suite may involve additional fees from third-party providers (e.g., messaging, email, phone services, AI tools, hosting, etc.). These charges are your responsibility. Smart Stepp™ assumes no liability for third-party fees.
You agree to:
Monitor usage and charges
Resolve disputes directly with third-party providers
Accept full responsibility for all usage-based costs
A payment method must be added within three (3) business days of the Smart Stepp™ Solutions Suite being delivered. Failure to do so will result in your account being restricted until the issue is resolved.
8. No Guarantee
Smart Stepp™ Solutions Suites makes no guarantees regarding revenue, client acquisition, or business success. Results depend on many external factors beyond our control.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Chargebacks are prohibited. Initiating one without valid cause will result in:
Access revocation
Reporting to credit agencies
A $750 administrative fine per occurrence
Legal and collections action, if necessary
10. Communication & Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California. Public complaints or legal threats without prior communication are a violation of this Agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
Smart Stepp™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product.
12. No Professional Advice
Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).
14. Modifications to Agreement
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance of the latest terms.
15. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the rest remains valid and in effect.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Legal disputes will be resolved in Los Angeles, California courts.
17. International Compliance
International customers are responsible for local legal compliance and taxes such as VAT or duties.
18. Data Protection & Privacy
Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
19. Electronic Signature
By completing your purchase, you are electronically signing and agreeing to all terms in this Agreement.
