Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote

What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a friendly, tech-savvy Customer Support Rep to help our clients succeed with Smart Stepp™ Business Solutions. You’ll provide timely assistance, troubleshoot platform questions, and ensure customers feel supported and confident in using our tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer support requests via email, chat, or Zoom using our platform

  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate technical problems when needed

  • Assist clients with onboarding steps or platform navigation

  • Document support interactions and FAQs

You’ll Succeed If You Have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms or CRMs
