Customer Support Representative

What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a friendly, tech-savvy Customer Support Rep to help our clients succeed with Smart Stepp™ Business Solutions. You’ll provide timely assistance, troubleshoot platform questions, and ensure customers feel supported and confident in using our tools.
Responsibilities:
Answer support requests via email, chat, or Zoom using our platform
Troubleshoot issues and escalate technical problems when needed
Assist clients with onboarding steps or platform navigation
Document support interactions and FAQs
You’ll Succeed If You Have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A helpful, patient, and service-oriented mindset
Basic understanding of SaaS platforms or CRMs
